How can I reach Audiree?
- Email: contact@audiree.com — for questions, demos, privacy requests or anything else.
- Demo: use the demo button on this site to book a 30-minute video call at a time that suits you.
- Languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
What should I bring to a demo?
The demo is most useful with your own documents, because the point is to see the AI read and check your suppliers’ paperwork, not a sample.
- Two supply contracts or price lists for one job site — for example ready-mix concrete and rebar, which usually have the most lines.
- About a month of the matching delivery notes and invoices from those suppliers: photos, scans or PDFs are all fine.
- If you have them, the credit notes and the spreadsheet you use today to check them.
Your documents
Documents you share for a demo are handled under the privacy policy (in Portuguese). If you prefer, remove or cover prices and names before sending them.
What happens after the demo?
- 01We agree on a first job site for a pilot.
- 02We set up that job site with you: its supply contracts, prices and the people who need access. The first set-up is included in the pilot.
- 03The site team starts sending delivery notes and invoices; the AI reads and checks them, and you review the divergences.
- 04We agree pricing, which depends on the volume of documents and job sites.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
Emails to contact@audiree.com are answered by the person who runs Audiree. For a fixed time, booking a demo slot directly is the fastest route.
Can I send delivery notes through a chat group instead of email?
Yes. Besides photo, PDF and email upload, the site team can photograph the delivery note in the Telegram group they already use.
I am not in Portugal. Is a demo still worth it?
Audiree works today with Portuguese construction companies. Reading does not depend on document layout, so a demo with your own documents will show honestly what fits your market.
