About Audiree: supplier document checking for construction, built in Portugal

Audiree is operated by an individual, Cauã Veiga, in Portugal. It is not an incorporated company: Cauã Veiga is the person responsible for the service and is named as the data controller in the privacy policy (in Portuguese).

In a construction company, the same supplier paperwork is usually checked twice: the site team (Produção) checks the delivery note against what arrived, and Finance (Financeiro) later checks the invoice against the delivery notes and the agreed prices. Done by hand, line by line, that checking takes hours every month for every job site.

Audiree was built with construction teams in Portugal to take that time back. The site team photographs the delivery note or forwards the PDF; the AI reads it and checks it; what is correct goes through on its own and divergences are resolved in one click.

• Reads every line of a delivery note or invoice from a photo, PDF or email: article, quantity, unit and price. Two independent AI readings are compared, and disagreements go to review.
• Matches each line to the contract price book of the job site by meaning, not by identical text.
• Runs ten deterministic checks, including line price = contract price × quantity, document total vs sum of lines, supplier NIF, contract reference, unit consistency (e.g. un vs m²), rebar tonnage and product designation (e.g. D16 vs D22).
• Approves what matches automatically and puts divergences in a review queue with the exact difference. Nothing is discarded silently.
• Flags duplicates by document number/ATCUD and supplier.
• Shows a per-job-site dashboard: contracted vs invoiced, pending exposure, alerts, monthly breakdown and returnable pallets, with CSV export for Excel.

• It does not replace your ERP or accounting software, and it does not integrate with any ERP today.
• It does not pay invoices, and it does not issue delivery notes or invoices.
• It does not submit anything to the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) and does not validate ATCUD, QR codes or signatures with the AT.
