No blind AI
Hard arithmetic, not hallucinations.
Reading uses AI — the decision does not. Two models read every document independently; when they disagree, the note goes to human review. Checks V1 to V10 are deterministic arithmetic: totals, quantities, prices against the contract. Nothing is approved blind.
Duplicate delivery notes are caught by document number and supplier. Handwritten values and non-billable lines (pumping on delivery, test cubes) are flagged and excluded from billing.

Frequently asked questions.
Do site crews need to install anything?
No new software. They photograph the delivery ticket in a Telegram group for the job site — all they need is Telegram on their phone. No new logins, no training. The note lands on the platform on its own.
How does it handle different suppliers and layouts?
Reading is layout-agnostic: there is no per-supplier setup, so your local suppliers’ documents work as they are. Add the supplier, upload the document (or photograph it) and the system reads and checks it.
Does the platform adapt to the way our company works?
Yes. We adapt the platform to your company, following the management model that best fits your organisation: project and cost-centre structure, approval limits, who sees what, and how site and accounts work together. Nobody has to change their process to use the tool.
What happens to lines that don’t match the contract?
They are always flagged and sent to the review queue — never silently dropped. You can match them to a contract item in one click, create the missing item, or accept them as off-contract.
Can the AI approve a wrong invoice?
Reading uses AI, approval does not: two models read every document independently and ten deterministic checks (totals, quantities, prices against the contract) decide. Anything uncertain goes to human review.
Is my data isolated and secure?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant, with per-company isolation at the database level (row-level security). Each team only sees its own data, and access is controlled by project and by role.
Do you work with companies outside Portugal?
Audiree is built in Portugal and currently runs with Portuguese construction companies. We run demos for companies in other markets using their own delivery notes and contracts — reading is layout-agnostic, so your suppliers’ documents work as they are.
